American Fugitive tracked down in Iloilo

AN AMERICAN fugitive facing a double murder charge in the United States who had been hiding in the country for the past 20 years had been arrested by the Bureau of Immigration (NBI).

Immigration agents and policemen caught up with Romeo Cabarles, 54, in Tabac Sur, Oton, Iloilo City, on Monday.
